These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the Shopping services of 'The Seller' you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

The Customer certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. .
All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and we offer payment option through Net-Banking and also by cheque/ DD.'The Seller' is not responsible for any service charge levied by the issuing bank for the NEFT/DD.

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of 'The Seller'. 'The Seller' shall try to deliver the product on the 'preferred date' if the same is communicated at the time of placing the order and not thereafter. Please allow the minimum time required for processing as specified for the product. Time taken during transit/shipping in case it is delivered by courier is extra to the processing time displayed on the site. Delivery shall be made on the 'preferred day', or a day earlier or later if it coincides with a festival day or a national holiday. Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and the customer agrees to refrain from requesting for deliveries at very early or late hours of the day. All attempts will be made to deliver on the preferred date of delivery but 'The Seller' will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place on the preferred date. Delivery during festival times will be made during the period as specified on the website and not necessarily on the preferred date as given by the customer. Applicable charges if any will be collected from the consignee. As per the Logistics / Service provided we do not deliver products on Sundays and Public Holiday in India .
